Use this public form to submit a withdrawal request concerning a subscription or contract. You do not need to sign in. We record the submitted wording and time, then attempt to email a receipt immediately.
This function records a request for human review. It does not run an automatic cancellation or refund.
An initial subscription may be withdrawn within 14 days for a full refund under our launch policy. The recorded received time, not the later review time, is used to determine when you submitted the request.
To stop a future renewal separately, use the billing controls in your account.
